Summary

I am a marketer with focus on new technologies and Internet. Currently working as Executive Director of IPC Team. My main job is to ensure marketing support for our network.

Marketing has been evolving much faster recently and proper marketing tactics must be adopted to stay above our competition. I strive to address our standing and potential customers via different channels like website, social media, newsletters and personalization, so they are talked to in their own environment. The goal is to create content for the people to consume, and than convert them into customers.

2013 – Present

Executive Director of IPC Team - Worldwide Enclosure Company - we are a non-profit grouping aiming to help our members with getting known all around the world. Since 2013 I have built a very succesful team of marketers and we have tripled the number of leads and the conversion rates of our websites in one year.

We strive to address our standing and potential customers via different channels like website, social media, newsletters and personalization, so they are talked to in their own environment. The goal is to create content for the people to consume, and than convert them into customers.

Sometimes called Inbound Marketing, our perception of ways to get to our prospects must be aligned with their needs for consumption.

To achieve this, I have adopted social media for the association (Facebook, Pintereset, Houzz, Twitter, Flickr, Instagram and other), blogs for respective countries, UX websites with call-to-action, information flow in the company, marketing strategies for major countries, on-line advertising (AdWords, Bing Ads, Sklik, Facebook Ads), responsive websites for members and other major steps to attract prospects in their own environment.

Within one year, we have tripled conversion rate of our corporate websites (currently 18 sites and counting) via UX. We have attracted customers from different channels ranging from social media sites to professional sites and blogs.

2008 – 2013

Chief Executive Officer - in charge of the whole company, ensuring marketing, teaching, maintenance works. Created areas for new customers - in cooperation with Center for integration of Foreigners - created division of Czech language courses. Cooperation with University of Pardubice (preparing students for studies in Czech). Language school in Chrudim, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Czech for foreigners and other. Head of Czech language division - První soukromá škola jazyků v Chrudimi

2008 – December

We provided Czech language classes for students of South African Republic for University of Pardubice. We had 17 students and we prepare them for studies in Czech language. Total amount is almost 1000 lessons. For more info visit: http://www.jazykovka.com

2003 – 2010

Managing Director - in charge of the company focused on managing a team of consultants for corporate sales and marketing programs. Company provided advanced business development to companies who are stagnating or cannot afford a full time marketing department.


Marketing Manager - Internet Marketing - SEVT, a. s.

2006 – 2008

Marketing manager at SEVT, a.s. responsible for marketing strategy of the company with focus on internet marketing. I coordinated building up of four e-shops with necessary system integration of Navi financials and the web applications. The system is designed to take information from Navision Financials CRM and uses the info for e-shop presentation. Further I worked on web optimization processes for the websites to increase sales. Each year the amount of e-shop generated orders increases by 100% (previously 20%).

Management of a language school - back office, creating advertisements and bulletins for promotion of study options, contact with clients, making offers for new customers, in charge of active telemarketing group, also in charge of human resources - employing new teachers.
